Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Approximately 800 properties within Merlins housing stock consist of 11 different types of non-traditional construction properties that are programmed for refurbishment over the next 5 years. The anticipated cost for the works is estimated to be between GBP 13 000 000 and GBP 15 000 000. We are seeking a contractor/s to provide an external wall cladding system and associated works to enable the refurbishment of these properties. The associated works will consist of concrete repairs, roof, window, door replacements and adjoining improvements works to paths and fencing etc.
