United Kingdom-Bristol: Planned Works, Design and Installation of Kitchens and Rewires – Recurrent Lead
The current contract for Planned Works, Design and Installation of Kitchens and Rewires – Recurrent Lead is projected to end on 22-OCT-22 and may be available for retender. Housing Services manages and maintains over 28000 homes across all wards in the City. Of these homes an estimated 500 will receive new designed Kitchens with kitchen rewire per year for the next 3 years. Of those 500 an estimated 100 will require a full rewire as part of the works. The Council wishes to appoint an experienced Contractor who are members of the considerate construction scheme or equivalent, to carry out design and kitchen replacement and Rewires as ordered by BCC. The rewires are subject to those requiring renewal. There will be no guarantee of rewire works for any successful Contractors on this Contract. The duration of the Contract will be for 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 1 year, subject to agreement with the Council and the provider. Any work or call off ordered under the Contract shall be governed by the JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 / JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016.
