Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The intention is to set up a Framework Agreement to enable the NPS to source their Liquid Fuel requirements on a collaborative basis.
The Framework will be for a period of 2 years (with an option to extend the Agreement for a further period of up to 2 years in multiples not exceeding 12 months). The anticipated start date is 1.4.2015.
The requirement of this Framework is for Liquid Fuels which includes:
– Gas Oil/Bio Oil;
– ULSD – Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel (Bio-Diesel), 10 ppm Un-additised;
– ULSD – Ultra Low Sulphur Petrol;
– Kerosene;
– Jet A1, Helicopter – Aviation Fuel;
– Heating Oil;
– AUS32, or Aqueous Urea Solution 32.5 %.
