Welsh Government Warm Homes – Arbed is the Welsh Government’s flagship all-Wales, area based Fuel Poverty and Energy Efficiency provision for residential properties. It is part of the Welsh Government Warm Homes Programme, which also includes the demand-led Welsh Government Warm Homes – Nest.
The Scheme Manager will work with Wales’ 22 Local Authorities to identify, develop and deliver suitable Area Based Energy Improvement Schemes, which will specifically target reduction in Fuel Poverty in Wales, year on year, focusing delivery to counter Severe Fuel Poverty in preference to baseline Fuel Poverty.
