Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The Welsh Government on behalf of Welsh Ministers (the Client) requires access to robust and comprehensive information on school and post-16 value added, and a matched attainment data set that allows us to track and build up an individual’s attainment between schools, the post-16 sector and the higher education sector.
Lot 1 – provision of robust value added and matched data relating to schools
Lot 2 – provision of robust and comprehensive information on the qualification levels achieved by age 19, and on their entry into Higher Education.
Lot 3 – provision of robust value added analysis relating to the post-16 sector
