The London Borough of Lewisham is seeking to set up a framework of providers to deliver personalised care and support in the home to children and young people with disabilities and complex medical needs which will be met within a community setting.
The framework will run for two years at an appropriate value of 1 100 000 GBP per annum or 2 200 000 GBP over 2 years. There is an option to extend the framework contract for an additional 2 years with a potential spend of 4 400 000 GBP over four years if the extension period is realised.
