Essex County Council and the Full Members of the Essex Online Partnership (EOLP) are looking to establish a Framework agreement for the provision of specialist Consultancy Services, for a 1+1+1 year period.
An Agreement term of 12 months (including a period of mobilisation) is anticipated. The successful bidder must ensure that the service is available to be commissioned by May 2017.
