Chelmsford City Council is redeveloping the Riverside Leisure Centre in the City Centre and is seeking to appoint a Catering Contract to a suitably experienced and qualified catering provider who will provide an excellent catering environment and service to centre users and members of the public. The new Centre is anticipated to attract 950 000 users per annum, and the café area will be located on the river front where there is significant passing trade. This opportunity is being tendered using the competitive with negotiation procedure to ensure the best outcome is achieved for the Council and the operator.
