The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust’s commercial procurement Service seeks to introduce a new commercial framework agreement for the provision of natural gas. The framework agreement will be required to deliver gas to its customers from 1.4.2019 for a 4 years period. Upon contract award, the framework agreement will be utilised with immediate effect to purchase gas in advance for the portfolio.
