United Kingdom-Corby: Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Framework Lead

The current contract for Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Framework Lead is projected to end on 14-MAR-21 and may be available for retender. General Building Maintenance Framework Agreement.

The Council currently operates a General Building Maintenance Framework Agreement, this was established in August 2014 but has closed early due to reaching its value limit. There were 6 contractors on that agreement. The Council is therefore looking to establish a new Framework Agreement for general building maintenance services. The types of work within scope consist of the both planned and reactive maintenance works at addresses within Corby Borough Council Housing stock. Works also include kitchen unit replacements that will be supplied directly the Corby Borough Council to the Contractor for installation.
