MT060 – Provision of Building Maintenance Services
This tender process is for the provision of building maintenance services at moat’s head office, Mariner House in Dartford. This office is a daily base for approximately 270 staff who predominantly carry out administration duties.
Mariner House is a 3 storey, steel framed purpose built office block constructed in 2005. The building consists of external glazed walls, solid floors and a single internal staircase. Throughout there are open plan offices with a combination of glazed and plasterboard partitions to enclosed offices and meeting rooms. Externally a metal staircase acts as a fire escape with roof top plant room and open plant area.
Having previously managed all of the associated maintenance through a number of contractors, we are now looking to combine all of the elements of maintenance for Mariner House under one contractor, encompassing the following:
– mechanical, electrical & public health maintenance,
– fabric maintenance,
– handyman services.
