The current contract for Sheltered housing construction work – Framework Lead is projected to end on 07-NOV-20 and may be available for retender. Council Housing External Major Repairs.

The scope of works required for Phase 1 will be as follows:
Replacement of existing roof coverings, fascias, soffits, bargeboards and rainwater goods, re-rendering of external wall elevations, remedial repairs to roof timbers and masonry, replacement entrance canopies and porches, and environmental improvements such as fencing and external paving.
Phases 2 and 3 will be of a similar nature to phase 1.
The project will be delivered in 3 phases over a period of 4 years.
