United Kingdom-Durham: Repair and maintenance services – Framework Lead
The current contract for Repair and maintenance services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 23-MAR-20 and may be available for retender. Provision of Estates Maintenance Services (North Yorkshire and Vale of York).
Tees, Esk and Wear Valley Foundation NHS Trust (TEWVFT) have a requirement to provide managed maintenance services across the Trust. To facilitate this function the Trust is looking to appoint a sole supplier to manage the service.
The Services shall include Helpdesk Service; Car Parking Service; Building and Engineering Maintenance Service; and Grounds Maintenance Service.
Contract Period: Commencing 1.4.2016 with the option to extend 2 x 12 months.
