United Kingdom-Eastleigh: Building construction work – Framework Lead

The current contract for Building construction work – Framework Lead is projected to end on 24-JAN-20 and may be available for retender. Radian – Main Contractor for the Tipner Project.
The project is the development of market sale, shared ownership and affordable rent dwellings at Twyford Avenue, Tipner, Portsmouth, PO2 8PE, on a site opposite the Mountbatten Centre sports complex.
The works comprise the demolition of an existing two storey building, the detailed design and construction of 80 – 2-, 3- and 4-storey residential units including the shell for fit out of a corner shop, or supermarket, together with associated hard and soft landscaping works and related infrastructure works, on previously contaminated brownfield remediated land.
Outline Planning Permission has already been approved for the scheme by Portsmouth City Council; applications for approval of Reserved matters are to be submitted so that principal planning permissions are granted during the period of the project procurement process.
