United Kingdom-Edinburgh: NHS Commissioned Homecare Delivery Service – Framework Lead
The current contract for NHS Commissioned Homecare Delivery Service – Framework Lead is projected to end on 25-OCT-21 and may be available for retender. This Framework Agreement is for the provision of a Homecare Delivery Service for delivery of medicines to patients in their homes or other agreed designated delivery points.
The service is divided into two (2) Lots covering Low-tech and Mid-tech Homecare Delivery Services. It includes the dispensing of prescriptions, delivery of medication and the supply of ancillary products, provision of nurse support for injection training and supply of and removal of sharps containers as required.
This tender is for approximately 12 000 patients across NHS Scotland initially, resulting in approximately 53 000 deliveries pa. The estimated value for the medicines to be delivered under this Framework Agreement is 60M (GBP) pa.
The Framework Agreement will be awarded in two (2) Lots, with each Lot awarded as a multi-supplier unranked framework. It is envisaged that a maximum of eight (8) Framework Participants will be appointed to each Lot.
