The current contract for Property management services of real estate on a fee or contract basis – Framework Lead is projected to end on 31-DEC-19 and may be available for retender. Provision of Facility Management Services.
The National Records of Scotland (NRS) wishes to appoint a service provider to provide full hard and soft Facility Management (FM) Services for their properties. The FM will be required to deal with the day-to-day running of the properties including health and safety, environmental monitoring, maintenance management, cleaning and waste management.
The initial contract will therefore cover 5 buildings in Edinburgh (3 of which are Category ‘A’ listed and 1 Archival Storage Facility) and 1 in Dumfries.
