Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The provision of a framework agreement for the service and repair of domestic heating call-off contracts, together with ‘small commercial’ capabilities.
Offers are to be invited for the responsive repair and servicing of heating systems and Third Party Gas Auditing and related consultancy services.
This agreement is for specialist contractors who are capable of carrying out works through in-house teams with directly employed labour or sub-contractors. Expressions of interest are invited from competent economic operators who wish to be considered for one of the following Workstreams:
Tenderers are limited to applying for Workstream 1 or Workstream 2, but not both.
Workstream 1 (WS1) – Third Party Auditing and Consultancy of heating system services and repairs within 4 (four) regional Lots.
Workstream 2 (WS2) – Heating Systems Service and Repairs. In 4 (four) regional Lots.
This will be a Framework Agreement as defined in Section 19 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012 and referred to in Article 32 of EU Directive 2004/18/EC.
