Short description of the contract or purchase(s): In order to comply with Procurement Legislation this framework contract is being issued to effectively manage and control ad-hoc bus and coach private hire from Moray Council run/managed establishments and organisations.
Moray Council have a requirement for a framework contract for the provision of hire of multi-seated vehicles with driver. It is the intention that the majority of bookings will be pre-planned with the occasional short notice request. The kind of journeys to be undertaken within this framework would be:
School sports trips to locations within the Moray and Grampian areas
School excursions within and out with Moray
Councillor/officer visits to planning application sites within Moray
Ad hoc client transport within Moray
