The Council has an interest in a number of sites suitable for development opportunities. One of these is the iconic Gateway Site close to junction 6 of the M9, home to the iconic Kelpies and Helix Park plus the Falkirk Community Football Stadium. The Council wishes to establish a framework of developers such that when opportunities arise projects can be quickly progressed. Developers may be required to fund the projects.
