Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Falkirk Council wish to establish a Framework Agreement with suitably qualified and experienced providers of Care at Home Services.
The Framework Agreement will provide for all new Care at Home service provision commissioned by the Council’s Homecare service and will cover three Lots;(i) Care at Home (Crisis Care);(ii) Care at Home(ongoing)and(iii) Care at Home (ad hoc). These are defined in more detail within Schedule 1 of the ITT.
The Service may include the provision of personal care, domestic support and/or housing support and may be provided in the Service User’s own home, or in other locations as required.
The scope of the services to be provided in this contract fall within the definition of Part B of Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts (Scotland)Regulations 2012. This notice has been published in an entirely voluntary basis.
