Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Shepway District Council wishes to establish a framework of pre-qualified consultants (or consultancy type companies), set within twelve (12) disciplines, to support the Council’s regeneration and construction ambitions. These disciplines have been allocated Lots. The companies who will pre-qualify for these Lots will be competent and capable of undertaking various disciplines to a high professional standard. The purpose of this framework is primarily to support the delivery of the Council’s 10 year HRA house building programme and the Company to deliver new development sites, and a new housing acquisitions and rental programme.
