The Council intends to make this Framework Contract available for use by all UK contracting authorities
including but not limited to Government Departments and their Agencies, Non-
Departmental Public Bodes, NHSBodies, Local Authorities, Emergency Services, Educational
Establishments, Registered Charities who have a need to purchase the above supplies.
