United Kingdom-Glasgow: E-learning services – Framework Lead

The current contract for E-learning services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 19-FEB-20 and may be available for retender. IT Training Services Framework.
The Scottish Government invites tenders for the establishment of a Framework Agreement for the provision of IT Training Services.
The Framework Agreement will primarily be available for use by the Scottish Government Information Services and Information Systems (ISIS), Information Management Unit and ICT Capability and Professional Development Team. The Agencies and Associated Departments and Scottish Non Departmental Public Bodies served by Scottish Ministers listed will also have access to, and call off from, the Framework Agreement.
The Framework Agreement will be tendered in 3 separate Lots:
– Lot 1 Electronic Record Document Management (ERDM) Training;
– Lot 2 End User Training;
– Lot 3 IT Specialist Training.
Lot 1 will be awarded to a single supplier only. Lot 2 will be awarded to a single supplier only. Lot 3 will be a ranked multi-supplier arrangement (Up to a maximum of 4 suppliers). Suppliers can tender for 1, 2 or 3 Lots.
