United Kingdom-Glenrothes: Closed circuit television services – Framework Lead

The current contract for Closed circuit television services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 28-DEC-19 and may be available for retender. Framework Agreement for Maintenance of CCTV Systems.
The requirement is for a Certified NSI Gold Certified CCTV Company to carry out the inspection, testing,and reactive minor repairs, including emergency call out repairs to approximately 163 public buildings administered by Property Services including schools, offices, residential homes, group homes, halls, sports & leisure centres, libraries etc & approx. 47 Housing Service properties administered by Housing Service including Multi Storey Flats, Sheltered Housing Complexes etc.
The contract requires the Contractor to provide a call out service using a free phone telephone number and includes the provision of a 7 day per week / 365 days per year call out service with a 4 hours hour response time for site attendance for all repairs and callouts ( or 5 days for routine repairs), and where possible ensure a first time fix for both.
Where a first time fix is not possible a maximum 48 hour fix time to restore to fully operational service will apply.
