ENGIE on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking suitably qualified contractors for the renewal of its Architectural works frameworks. The works to be carried out under these frameworks mainly focus around new capital projects, extensions and the refurbishment of Authority owned properties, leisure portfolio and schools/academies. The works under the frameworks will be both internal and external construction work to buildings including site works, substructure, super structure, internal construction and finishes, electrical, mechanical, and access systems.
