United Kingdom-Halifax: Software package and information systems – Framework Lead
The current contract for Software package and information systems – Framework Lead is projected to end on 06-MAR-23 and may be available for retender. Supply and Maintenance of Educational Management System.
The Council is inviting tenders for a single Contractor to supply maintain and support an Education Management System and on a non-exclusive basis as called off additional functionality that maybe required over the term of the contract.
The system will need to be able to record and store children’s records, and produce reports for the following areas:
– Management of children’s services,
– Management of school places,
– Assessment and attainment information supplied by schools,
– All other information on children held by schools,
– Information on school personnel and parents/governors,
– Interactions and involvement with children by specialist services and circumstances,
– Services provided for ‘early years’ such as the nursery education grant,
– School transport and free school meals.
The system must be able to transfer data securely to and from schools and associated specialist bodies, link to other related systems currently in use by schools and the Council, and have the ability to import related miscellaneous files from other sources. The Council expects the successful contractor to provide all services as required at prices quoted in its Tender.
