United Kingdom-Inverness: XpoNorth (Event and Network) – Recurrent Lead

The current contract for XpoNorth (Event and Network) – Recurrent Lead is projected to end on 02-NOV-22 and may be available for retender. HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to deliver services to support the creative industries in the HIE region. The project focuses on providing year-round activity with an annual event (XpoNorth) at its core. The services required encourage collaboration across Creative subsectors, with a focus on joint roadshows, bringing together industry – local, national and international – with industry bodies, public sector agencies and others.
It is expected that these services will be required from October 2018 for an initial period of 3 years, with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 1 calendar year following the Initial Term.
The estimated total value over the maximum duration of 4 years will be between 1 260 000 GBP and 1 800 000 GBP excluding VAT. This is the figure which has been used in II.2.6.
