Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The contract is to create a Framework of service providers who will deliver tailored solutions to remove barriers and/or vocational training opportunities for unemployed, inactive individuals who are also disadvantaged participants living in workless, lone parent or low income households, from hard to reach demographic groups and participants with health conditions looking to secure employment, self-employment or further education/training. The contract will be in 2 lots with Service Providers able to bid for 1 or both lots.
The Contract will be awarded in May 2015 with an immediate start date. The contract will be in place for 3 years and 8 months.
All completed documents must be uploaded onto the Public Contracts Scotland Tender portal by 12:00 noon on 18.5.2015.
