The Council require a corporate taxi contract to assist in its duty to meet the transportation needs of vulnerable people in the Council area. The vulnerable people who shall use the service may have 1 or more of the following special needs: moderate or severe learning difficulties; physical disabilities; mobility disabilities; emotional and behavioural difficulties; sensory impairment; medical needs.
