The Council, on behalf of the Orbis Partners is seeking to appoint suitably qualified Suppliers(s) to deliver a competitive range of flexible benefits to employees.
The Framework will consist of the following Lots:
Lot 1: Flexible Lifestyle Benefits and Salary Sacrifice Benefits.
Lot 2: Finance and Insurance Services Benefits.
Lot 3: Total Reward Statements.
Lot 4: Employee Reward and Recognition Scheme.
Bidders are invited to submit a bid for all or a selection of the Lots, each Lot will be evaluated separately. The minimum number of Suppliers on the Framework will be one and the maximum will be 4. There will be a maximum of one Supplier per Lot.
The Framework will be awarded for a period of three (3) years plus a one (1) year optional extension period, at the Council’s discretion (‘the Framework Term’).
