United Kingdom-Kingston upon Thames: SCC LP Orbis Planned Maintenance Works Framework – Framework Lead

The current contract for SCC LP Orbis Planned Maintenance Works Framework – Framework Lead is projected to end on 04-NOV-21 and may be available for retender. Surrey County Council on behalf of the Orbis Partnership is seeking to establish a Framework for the delivery of Planned Maintenance Works. The Contracting Authorities manage and maintain a large portfolio of property. The prime aim of this Framework Agreement is to facilitate the following works:
– mechanical Services (Including Air Conditioning),
– electrical Services,
– doors and Windows,
– roofing,
– general Building Works (Including Kitchens refurbishment and renewals),
– asbestos Removal Works,
– display Energy Certificates (DEC) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC). The Framework is intended to be in place for an initial term of 3 years with an option to extend it to 4th year. No value, volume of work or exclusivity is implied or guaranteed under this Framework.
