Periodically, the Council needs to hire passenger, commercial, grounds and engineering vehicles to support its own in-house fleet. This contract is split into 4 lots: Lot 1 – Cars, Minibuses and Commercial Vehicles up to 3,5 tonnes; Lot 2 – Commercial Vehicles over 3,5 tonnes; Lot 3 – Specialist Grounds Equipment; and Lot 4 – Specialist Engineering Equipment.
