United Kingdom-Leeds: Gas-fitting installation work – Framework Lead

The current contract for Gas-fitting installation work – Framework Lead is projected to end on 16-OCT-19 and may be available for retender. Gas Fuelled Domestic Heating (Citywide).
Gas Fuelled Domestic Heating Servicing, maintenance, Repair and Installations works to 36 000 domestic properties managed by Leeds City Council, these properties will be split into 3 lots. The intention is that no one organisation will be awarded more than 1 lot (further details of this are contained within the tender package).
Leeds City Council is considering nominating parts suppliers for installations (for boilers, radiators, and other parts required as part of the systems installations element) and purchasing these items through this contract. If we do this it will increase the contract price set out below by approximately 30 %. Tenderers will be informed of the scope of the procurement at the point that invitation to tenders is issued.
