The provision of a day care service for younger people (generally those who are under 65) diagnosed with dementia. The services to be provided are a range of well-being support including the enabling of mutual and peer support, a community support service offering 1:1 support or small group activities for people to access the community, particiapte in meaningful activity, and/or to give a short break to carers, and a day care service based at Springfield Day Centre offering a structured programme of activities.
