Leicester City Council Housing Department invites Tenders for the provision of Water Management and Air Conditioning/Ventilation Maintenance.
The proposed Contract will be for 2 years with an option to extend for additional 1+1 years (4 years in total) and it is anticipated to be awarded to up to 3 contractors per lot. Any extension will be at the sole discretion of the Council.
