The current contract for Insurance services – Recurrent Lead is projected to end on 30-OCT-20 and may be available for retender. Insurance Services Contract.

Symphony Housing Group require the provision of Insurance Services involving insurance broking, insurance underwriting or a combination of both. The term is intended to include the arrangement, placing and administration of insurance policies, as well as ancillary claims settlement and administration, risk management services and any other insurance related services.
There are 3 separate Lots covering:
– Motor Vehicle Insurance;
– Engineering Insurance and Inspection;
– All other insurance.
The minimum requirement for this procurement are as follows:
– Appropriate insurance protection for the assets, earnings and liabilities of Symphony Housing Group.
– Appropriate claims handling arrangements for all types of losses, with appropriate recording and systems for the provision of meaningful management information.
– Appropriate and effective risk management services, including training and systems for the control and reduction of exposure and losses.
