London Ambulance Service NHS Trust the (the ‘Authority’) is looking to award a Framework to suitably qualified suppliers of accident and emergency transport services (and related services) to support the Authority in delivering its core accident and emergency service to the London (and outer London Region) in times of high demand. Suppliers may be called upon to respond to any category of 999 call (Category A – C) as well as other emergency and non-emergency incidents requiring a double crewed ambulance as required by the Authority, including mental health transfers, pre-assessed HCP referrals and patient journeys. Successful suppliers may, but are not required, provide bariatric ambulance services. On certain occasions, the Authority may also require successful suppliers to deliver accident and emergency support) at events or stadia matches in the London (and outer London) Region, including without limitation New Year’s Eve. The Framework is not broken down into lots.
