The current contract for Building and facilities management services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 19-FEB-22 and may be available for retender. GLA 80590 – City Hall, Trafalgar Square and Parliament Square Gardens – Infrastructure Services.
The Greater London Authority (GLA) Facilities Management Team is responsible for the management of City Hall, plus Trafalgar and Parliament Square gardens. The scope of services is to provide comprehensive engineering and fabric related services to the infrastructure of City Hall, Trafalgar Square and Parliament Square Gardens, covering all aspects of building services and fabric related items, as detailed within this Schedule 3 of the Contract. Works shall include preventative maintenance and reactive call outs across the service definition. It will also include new projects from concept to commissioning on an as required basis.

– Maintain the dignity and reputation of the Authority and office of the Mayor of London The contract will be for a duration of 6 years, with an option to extend by (2+2+1), at the sole discretion of the authority. Please note this contract is for the GLA and any of its functional bodies.
