The current contract for Energy-management services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 27-NOV-19 and may be available for retender. Energy Management Services.
Energy Consultancy Services to include but not be limited to:
– Account reconciliation and set up and maintenance of a utilities property database;
– Management of outstanding utility bills;
– Utility data analysis;
– Receive, validate and pass for payment all invoices in a format specified by Metropolitan;
– Monitoring and targeting providing management reports;
– Support to the in-house procurement team when re-procuring both Gas and Electricity;
– Meter Management including but not limited to Meter reading, AMR Roll Out, migration of pre-payment meters to non-pre payment meters;
– Management of new connections and disconnections;
– Access to funding;
– Support to the Energy Contracts Officer in identifying invest to save initiatives;
– Invoice validation and reconciliation services in order to generate refunds from energy suppliers.
