We are seeking organisations with relevant skills and knowledge that are able to demonstrate their experience of providing a send Community Support Service or similar to the requirements outlined in the service specification. Organisations will need to have a proven track record of: Providing information, advice and support to parent/carers and young people up to 25 with a special educational need or disability Achieving positive outcomes in relation to disagreement resolution Evidencing a positive impact of 1:1 casework support Working in partnership with Early Help services.
