United Kingdom-London: Personnel services except placement and supply services – Framework Lead
The current contract for Personnel services except placement and supply services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 06-MAR-21 and may be available for retender. Employee Related Services.
Employee Related Services covers three distinct areas, and will be split into three lots: Lot 1 – Disability Access Services, Lot 2 – Relocation Services and Lot 3 – Occupational Health.
The services are currently bundled and provided under an outsourced contract. The services are part of a 10-year contract for HR services, which is now in its final year.
Each lot will be awarded to one provider. A single provider may be awarded one or more lots.
The BBC is following the competitive procedure with negotiation. The BBC reserves the right to award the contract based on initial tenders without conducting negotiations.
The contracts will have an initial term of three years from service commencement on 1 April 2016. The contracts may be extended at the BBC’s discretion by up to two years. If the BBC wishes to exercise this option, it will give written notice to the successful provider no later than 6 months prior to the end of the initial term.
The BBC is looking to sign the contract in December 2015 and to allow for a 3-4 month transition period prior to Service Commencement.
