TfL is looking to appoint consultants on to a Property Development and Consultancy Framework that will consist of the following Lots:
– Lot A: Consultancy – Commercial,
– Lot B: Consultancy – Residential,
– Lot C: Valuations,
– Lot D: Financial Advisory Services,
– Lot E: Forensic Accounting,
– Lot F: Land Referencing,
– Lot G: CPO Strategic Advice,
– Lot H: Building Surveying,
– Lot I: Cost Consultancy,
– Lot J: Development Management, and,
– Lot K: Project Management

Whilst TfL is acting as a central purchasing body, the Framework will be available for use by other bodies in London (see section II.2.4 of each lot of this notice for the full list of users).
