The current contract for Repair and maintenance services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 07-DEC-18 and may be available for retender. The provision of Core Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Services.
NHS Property Services Ltd requires one or more experienced service providers to deliver a core mechanical and electrical maintenance service to its properties across England.
The scope of the service will include planned and reactive maintenance. Please see the PQQ for more details.
All services are to be carried out in compliance with relevant legislation, industry guidelines, applicable standards and good practice. The proposed contract shall be for a 3 year period with two options to extend by a further year each.
