Suppliers are required to provide a complete web-based (Cloud) events management solution that includes project management, implementation, data migration, data integration, training, support, maintenance and consultancy.
The contract will be awarded for an initial term of 3 years, plus two optional extensions of 1 year each.
Due to the nature of the contract, the supply of a single system, it is not suitable for division into lots.
