The current contract for Architectural design services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 18-APR-21 and may be available for retender. Framework Agreement for Architect-Led Design Teams for New Build General Needs Social Housing, Affordable Housing for Sale and Supported Housing Projects for the Social Housing Development Programme.

Apex provides social, affordable and supported housing and support services to meet the housing needs identified in those local communities within which it operates.
Apex is seeking to procure suitably qualified Design Teams for appointment to a N. Ireland wide Framework Agreement. The Agreement will be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further period of 1 year. Design Teams appointed under the Framework may be required to assist in the design and delivery of a range of dwelling designs, accommodation needs and services for:
– General Needs Social Housing;
– Affordable Housing for Sale;
– Housing-Led Regeneration projects;
– Purpose built accommodation for the elderly;
– Supported Housing for people with disabilities including those with mental health difficulties, learning disabilities and those who are physically disabled; and
– Support services for vulnerable groups.
