Lot 1: the procurement of a single organisation to act as a strategic advisor who can support and inform TfGM’s decision making on how the overall TfGM (and potentially wider GM) asset portfolio is maximised; and
Lot 2: the procurement of a range of organisations to be appointed to a Framework to take the portfolio to market.
The framework contract is being let by Transport for Greater Manchester but may also be used by all Greater Manchester authorities identified in Annex A. In addition members of pteg.Ltd and Passenger Transport Executives (PTE), including South Yorkshire PTE; West Yorkshire PTE; Tyne and Wear PTE; West Midlands PTE; Merseyside PTE; Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT); Transport for London (TfL); and any of their successor organisations.
