United Kingdom-Manchester: Repair and maintenance services – Recurrent Lead

The current contract for Repair and maintenance services – Recurrent Lead is projected to end on 06-APR-21 and may be available for retender. TC701 Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs contract 2017 including individual works orders up to 75 000 GBP per order.

Manchester City Council wishes to appoint a Contractor to provide Planned & Preventative Maintenance including Reactive Repairs together with Small Works utilising a Measured Term Contract in accordance with industry best practice across MCC Public Buildings.
Contract will start on 1st August 2018 and will be for a 3 year term with an option to extend for a further year.
Works will consist of, but are not restricted to:

Excavation and Filling
Brickwork and Blockwork
Cleaning
Drainage
Electrical
Flagging/Block Paviors/Concrete
