The current contract for Hire of agricultural machinery with operator – Framework Lead is projected to end on 11-MAR-19 and may be available for retender. Triples – Grounds Maintenance Machines.
Thirteen Housing Group Limited was created from the merger of Tees Valley based organization’s Fabrick Housing Group and Vela Group.

As part of the move, Thirteen Care and Support was created – a new housing support arm, bringing together the services of the supported housing team of Tees Valley and Norcare, a former Tyneside based charity.
The move means expertise, resources and costs can be shared, achieving savings without reducing services and allowing the landlords to focus on the needs of their tenants and neighbourhoods.

The concluded contract will be in the name of Thirteen Housing Group Limited. The contract will incorporate all Group subsidiary companies and will also be available to any new members of the Group.
We are looking for a 3 year lease agreement for 32 weeks each year commencing 14.3.2016 for 3 grass cutting machines. See Section 2 Specification. All machinery will be based at our Cargo Fleet Lane Depot, Middlesbrough and all repairs and servicing will be carried out there. With the potential to add further machines throughout the lease period to fit with business need.
