United Kingdom-Motherwell: Installation of doors and windows and related components – Framework Lead

The current contract for Installation of doors and windows and related components – Framework Lead is projected to end on 17-JAN-19 and may be available for retender. Framework for Window and Door Replacement 2016 – 2019.
Supply and installation of replacement UPVC windows and doors in predominately low rise housing which is mainly terraced or four in a block flatted. There may be occasional three or four storey housing. The contract will be carried out within the boundaries of North Lanarkshire. The work will generally comprise the removal (including disposal) and replacement of existing windows. There may be some door screen replacement. There will be some upgrading of existing UPVC units from single to double glazing. All dwellings involved will be occupied during the works.
