United Kingdom-Newcastle upon Tyne: Insurance services – Framework Lead

The current contract for Insurance services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 28-JAN-19 and may be available for retender. Isos Housing Group Insurance Services.
The request to participate is invited by Isos Housing Limited (Isos) and Cestria Community Housing Association Limited (Cestria), as member companies of Isos Housing Group (Isos Housing). Isos and Cestria are inviting tenders offering insurance services. Bidders should note whilst this is a joint Group tender, Isos and Cestria operate as separate entities. Insurance services will involve insurance broking, insurance underwriting or a combination of both. The term is intended to include the arrangement, placing and administration of insurance policies, as well as ancillary claims settlement and administration, risk management services and any other insurance related services. It is the intention of Isos Housing to retain insurance service providers for a minimum period of 36 months subject to satisfactory annual reviews of service and performance with the option to extend by 12 or 24 months, if all parties agree. The term will commence on 31.3.2016.
The process will be conducted in 2 stages under the competitive procedure with Negotiation of PCR 2105. The 1st stage, which is the request to participate (‘RTP’) will involve submission of a response to this pre qualification form and from the responses submitted, we will select participants to take part in the 2nd stage, the Invitation to Tender (‘ITT’) which will include full pricing of the insurances proposed.
